It has built 90% of Japan’s velodromes and race tracks, including the Suzuka Circuit. NIPPO has supported Japanese national teams since 1988 and was a name sponsor of teams such as NIPPO-Vini Fantini (2015-2019, three Giro d’Italia participations) and EF Education-NIPPO (2021). Its mission is to empower Japanese cyclists and team staff, fostering cycling’s growth in Japan.

Since January 1, 2025, NIPPO has become the co-title partner of the UCI Continental Development team Wanty-NIPPO-ReUz, reinforcing its commitment to developing young talent. Its logo is also featured on the Intermarché-Wanty UCI World Team jersey, demonstrating NIPPO’s dedication to cycling at all levels.

NIPPO’s involvement in cycling dates back to the 1988 Seoul Olympics. Renowned for building velodromes and tracks, including the Suzuka Circuit, its passion for the sport runs deep. This expanded partnership strengthens its role in fostering cycling’s future

This partnership represents a significant investment in the future of cycling, particularly in the development of young Japanese riders. We believe that by working closely with the established structure of Intermarché-Wanty, we can create a pathway for these talented athletes to reach their full potential.

Wanty-NIPPO-ReUz will focus on identifying and mentoring young riders, particularly Japanese talents, offering them a pathway to professional cycling. NIPPO’s continued presence on the Intermarché-Wanty jersey ensures strong collaboration and knowledge sharing between both teams.
