18. Gerben Thijssen outsprints the fastest riders in the world to conquer his first World Tour victory in Tour de Pologne.

« We went to the Tour de Pologne with the objective to make the best lead-out possible while taking the initiative early. Taking the victory in the second stage was actually quite unexpected. I was so happy to reward my teammates with the win, because thanks to them I approached the sprint with a lot of confidence. I consider this first World Tour victory as the most beautiful and an important step in my career. Achieving it with Intermarché-Wanty-Gobert is a strong symbol, because the constant support shown by the team since my arrival helped me to climb the slope mentally and physically after my heavy crash from 2019. »

Want You Club

Created in 2013 with an innovative concept, the Want You Club (WYC) is the business club bringing together partners of Intermarché-Circus-Wanty. Currently presided by Dimitri Bauters, its purpose is to offer the sponsors of the team the opportunity to meet, get to know each other, develop relationships and business together.

The Club meets at least 6 times a year, often before the biggest cycling events of the year (a.e. Liège-Bastogne-Liège, Belgian Championship, Binche-Chimay-Binche) to introduce their business and share company news. Currently, more than 85 companies support us.

Our business club is one of the first of its kind in cycling and we are always looking for opportunities to grow bigger and expand our memberships.
