CUBE BIKES
CUBE is a German bicycle manufacturer headquartered in Waldershof. The company was founded in 1993 by former student Marcus Pürner, who started producing bicycles in his father’s furniture factory. Currently more than 850 people work for Cube, you can buy their bicycles in 68 different countries. Their wide range consists of different types of mountainbikes, road bikes, time trial bikes, electric bikes and gravel bikes. They also produce custom women’s models, children’s bicycles, clothing and accessories. Since 2014 they provide us with the very best from their range. Not only do we race all around the world on their road bikes, the Charles Liégeaois Roastery CX Team also crosses around on their cyclocross bikes.
Our longstanding partner accompanied us on the next stage of our journey: reaching the World Tour level in 2021. The Bavarian bicycle manufacturer places great emphasis on building long-term relationships with its athletes.

The partnership has already culminated in multiple Grand Tour starts and historic wins, including Biniam Girmay’s victory at Gent–Wevelgem, as well as at other major classics. We look forward to seeing what the next few years hold and to continuing to write this amazing success story.
Chris Archer (Head of Global Sales at CUBE)
This lasting partnership has given birth to great stories: Girmay’s green bike in honor of winning the green jersey at the 2024 Tour de France, Cross Race bikes with rainbow stripes in honour of our cyclocross World Champions, and many other memorable moments. Each season, the collaboration between Intermarché-Wanty and Cube allows riders to shine with state-of-the-art bikes.
This close collaboration between the team and Cube Bikes led to the development of the Cube Litening. Originally introduced in 2019, this bike is the result of countless hours of innovation and teamwork between both parties.
A team is a technical laboratory and the Tour the France is a fantastic showcase. We are pleased to be able to work with dynamic partners. The new CUBE Litening C :68X PRO bikes which will be used by our riders during this Tour de France are real innovations.
Jean-François Bourlart (general manager)
In 2025, the team rides a newly designed bike: the Cube Litening C:68X bikes, featuring the C:68X AERO and C:68X AIR models, both showcasing a bold red and black design that mirrors the team’s new kit. The vibrant red front transitions seamlessly into a black rear, accented with glitter, and a lightning bolt motif on the fork symbolizes speed, reflecting the design on the riders’ jersey sleeves
