Nearly twenty-five kilometers of cobbled sections and multiple difficulties in the Flemish hills were on the program for Nokere Koerse (1.Pro), a one-day race 189 kilometers long, disputed this Wednesday between Deinze and Nokere. Under the direction of Frederik Veuchelen, the riders of the Belgian World Team showed a strong collective presence in the local circuits, responding to the accelerations through Barnabás Peák and Tom Devriendt, among others, in order to allow a grouped finish at the foot of Nokereberg, the final difficulty towards the finish. After a sprint contested sat on the saddle, Dutchman Boy van Poppel took 14th place.
